Professional Background:

Dan Hawley joined the firm in January 2012 after serving for more than two years as the law clerk for the Honorable David J. Ten Eyck, Judge of District Court, Ninth Judicial District. Prior to serving as Judge Ten Eyck’s Law Clerk, Dan was also a Certified Student Attorney at the Tenth Judicial District Office of the Public Defender located in Stillwater, Minnesota for a year. There, he represented clients on in-custody arraignment and misdemeanor/gross-misdemeanor pretrial calendars.

On January 1, 2018, Daniel became a partner at Gammello-Pearson PLLC.

Since joining the firm, Dan Hawley has begun a diverse practice. He represents clients in the areas of Real Estate, Corporate and Business Law, Estate Planning, Probate, Elder Law, Civil Litigation, Family Law, Municipal Law, and Criminal Defense.

Community Involvement:

Dan is the President of the Crow Wing County Law Library Board of Trustees, serves as Defense Counsel for the Crow Wing County DWI Court, and is a member of the Little Falls Kiwanis Club.
